Heating fit: by heating the bearing or bearing seat, the use of thermal expansion to change the tight fit into loose fit installation method. It is a common and labor-saving installation method. This method is suitable for the installation of bearings with large interference. Before hot loading, the rings of bearings or separable bearings are put into the oil tank and heated evenly at 80-100℃, and then removed from the oil and installed on the shaft as soon as possible. In order to prevent the inner ring end face and shaft shoulder from fitting tightly after cooling, the bearings can be tightened axial after cooling. When the outer ring of the bearing is closely matched with the bearing seat made of light metal, the heating method of the bearing seat is adopted to avoid the abrasion of the mating surface.
